Frequently Asked Questions
Do the doctors at Clínica Gálvez Rabadán speak English?
Yes, both the medical directors and the administrative staff are fluent in English and regularly treat international patients.
How long do I need to stay in Ibiza for a hair transplant?
It is recommended to stay at least 3 to 4 days: one day for the procedure and two days for the initial post-op check-up and first hair wash at the clinic.
What is the difference between FUE and DHI offered here?
FUE involves creating channels before implanting grafts, while DHI uses a specialized 'implanter pen' to do both simultaneously, often allowing for higher density and no shaving of the recipient area.
How much does a hair transplant cost in Ibiza?
Prices are personalized based on the number of grafts, but they generally range from €3,000 to €6,000, which is competitive with other high-end European clinics.
Is the clinic near the airport?
Yes, the clinic is in Sant Jordi, which is less than a 5-minute drive from Ibiza Airport (IBZ).
Can I get Botox or fillers during my vacation?
Yes, these are quick procedures. However, it is advised to do them at least 24-48 hours before heavy sun exposure or flying to minimize swelling.
Does the clinic offer a free initial consultation?
Many aesthetic clinics offer a preliminary assessment; it is best to contact them via WhatsApp for their current policy on consultation fees.
Are the results of the hair transplant guaranteed?
The clinic has a very high success rate (over 95% graft survival) thanks to their use of Sapphire technology and doctor-led implantation.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No, you can book directly with the clinic without a referral for any aesthetic or hair service.
What payment methods are accepted?
They accept major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), cash (within legal limits), and bank transfers.
