Tenía la primera cita del día a las 11:15, llegué a las 11:16 y ya habían cogido a otra persona en mi lugar. Esperé 40 minutos hasta que me dijeron que “no había estado a mi hora”, lo cual es falso. Sí estuve, pero no entré a la sala porque ya estaban atendiendo a otra clienta y no me parecía correcto interrumpir. En resumen: mala organización, cero seriedad y atención al cliente nefasta.
Venía de otro centro de estética con un mal trabajo de lifting de pestañas y me lo resolvió sin ningún problema, supo resolver a la perfección y me quedaron como se supone que debe de quedar 😊 estoy muy contenta, ya que pensaba que quizás no habría solución y quería estar mona para mi cumple 10/10, además la chica es muy simpática y agradable. Lo recomiendo 100%. Dejo fotos como estaba y como me lo arregló 😊
