I had a great experience with Dr. Alessandro. He’s much more personable in person than in his profile photos. I’m usually very sensitive to pain, but even without anesthetic cream, I barely felt the needle. He explained every step clearly and made sure I understood both the procedure and the aftercare. I especially appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all and suggested starting with just one treatment to see the results before doing more. Very professional and caring.
