What Customers Say
Clínica Santa Gertrudis maintains a perfect 5.0-star rating, which is exceptional for a medical facility. Customers consistently praise the 'warm and welcoming atmosphere' and the 'high level of professionalism' shown by the staff. Specific mentions are frequently made regarding Dr. Christiane Sasse's 'empathetic and thorough' approach to general medicine. Many reviewers highlight the osteopathy and physiotherapy treatments as being 'life-changing' for chronic pain. The primary sentiment is one of trust; patients feel heard and valued rather than being treated as just another number. There are no notable public complaints regarding wait times or billing, with most clients emphasizing that the quality of care justifies the private pricing.
Recent Reviews
A very nice GP post, a team of excellent specialists is available for both physical and mental care. The personal care is particularly nice to experience.
