Very interesting concept: changing HRV through breathing and music. First, they measure your optimal breathing rhythm for increasing HRV (everyone is different). Then, you can use multiple music peaces to practice that breathing daily, in order to increase HRV through time. Been doing this for a couple of weeks, and so far, it's proven to be very useful as a calming technique in the morning. On top, HRV increases every time after I do the exercise. Can't wait to see further developments.
