Amazing! I had a wonderful experience with Ayurvedic Yoga Massage by therapist Naseem. At the beginning of the session, he takes the time to ask about your pain points and then treats them with great care and attention. His knowledge of the body is exceptional, and he has a unique ability to locate and release tension with precision. I had severe pain in my hips, and he managed to work the tension out completely. His approach is highly professional and truly different from a regular massage — Naseem uses his own technique and repeats movements just long enough for them to become truly effective. His treatments are not only relaxing but also deeply healing. I really reconmend! If you have the chance, book a therapy session with Naseem!
Naseem is a very experienced massage therapist. His AYM-massages are definitely not one-size-fits-all: he tailors them to your needs (body and soul). Last year I had a massage with Naseem in Ibiza and this year in The Hague, and both times I was amazed by the effect of the massage. Days later, I'm still relaxed, both physically and mentally. Nazeem is the best Massage therapeut I ever had!
Naseem gave me my first ever ayurvedic massage. He is interested in your body and it’s problems, has a strong intuition and feels very quickly where the problem areas are. His work goes very deep, to relieve pain or tension that has been there for years. Unlike all other massages I have received, afterwards I felt not only relaxed, but also very energized. I was more flexible and had less pain during sports, in the days after his massage. He is very skilled, but also warm and kind. Highly recommend!
