What Customers Say
The facility holds a 2.6-star rating based on 376 reviews, a score common for large-scale private hospitals in the region. Positive feedback often highlights the high quality of medical technology, the professionalism of specific surgeons and specialists, and the efficiency of the International Department in handling paperwork for tourists. Some patients specifically praised the 'kindness of the nursing staff' and the 'modern facilities.' Common complaints center on long wait times in the Emergency Room (Urgencias), difficulties reaching specific departments by phone, and administrative delays regarding billing or medical reports. The overall sentiment suggests that while the medical expertise is highly regarded, the administrative and ER wait-time experience can be frustrating during peak tourist season.
