    Trato pésimo, he llevado unas gafas nuevas que se han doblado un poco a arreglar y lo primero que me dicen es que sería mejor dejarlas así ( dobladas) luego que al arreglarlas se pueden partir y además que he hecho un mal uso de ellas, no me han dado ninguna solución. Muchas gracias por nada Terrible treatment, I brought a brand new sunglasses that have been bent a little to fix and the first thing they tell me is that it would be better to leave them that way (bent) then he has tried to fix them with his hands and finally that when fixing them they can break and also that I have done a misuse of them, they have not given me any solution. Thanks a lot for nothing

    Servicio excelente!!! Hoy en día es muy difícil encontrar sitios donde brinden un trato tan profesional y personalizado al cliente. Compré una gafas hace un año y hace poco se partió una de las varillas. Llamé a la óptica para explicarlo y Elena, la propietaria, se encargó de todo, ofreciéndome una solución al momento, sustituyendo las gafas por otras similares.
