What Customers Say
With a 3.1-star rating from 41 reviews, customer sentiment is mixed, reflecting common challenges of a high-volume franchise. Positives: Many customers praise the wide selection of frames and the affordability of the 'mó' brand. Tourists often mention the convenience of getting quick repairs or replacements for broken sunglasses. Concerns: Several reviewers have noted long wait times even with appointments and inconsistent customer service during peak summer hours. Some locals feel the service can feel 'rushed' compared to independent boutiques. Overall Sentiment: It is viewed as a reliable, cost-effective option for standard optical needs, though patience may be required during the busy tourist season.
Recent Reviews
Hoy he vuelto aqui para mis gafas nuevas.
