I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting my two-year-old daughter’s first pair of prescription glasses. The owner George was a pleasure and gave us so many options of different pairs and styles that my daughter insisted on trying on. It was a quick process which we were anticipating much longer to get the prescription into these frames. I couldn’t recommend this opticians enough and as a resident of Ireland when I am back in Ibiza and re-purchasing any prescription glasses or sunglasses I will most definitely pay this store and other visit!
My husband's prescription glasses were stolen whilst on holiday in Santa Eulalia and he needed something temporary to help his vision and relieve the nausea and dizziness he was feeling from not being able to see properly. He didn't have any spares as they were also in the bag that was taken. The service here was simply outstanding and George and his team were so understanding and sympathetic to our predicament. We just walked in, explained what had happened and he had a sight test and glasses were ready within one hour. They had a great selection of frames and he was able to find some very close to his original ones. One lense was not quite a match for his prescription so a special order was placed and the correct one came in the next day. We cannot fault the professionalism and speedy service. It made a huge difference to the rest of our holiday and the relief of being able to see and not worry about falling over , having accidents etc was immense. We would not have received this level of service back in the UK, so well done George and your team for being so amazing and also a special thank you to Gina who supported my husband through every step of getting his new glasses. It meant so much to us .
