Excelente. Necesitaba un medicamento. La doctora de urgencias nos daba otra caja con mas comprimidos de los que se suministraban. Han llamado personalmente a la doctora hasta resolver el problema. Me han hecho un gran favor ya que no puedo dejar de tomarlo y al estar de vacaciones no vuelvo a casa hasta el jueves. Muchísimas gracias por la atención recibida.

Atención al cliente nefasta, cogemos un lápiz que alivia el picor, preguntando los otros tipos de remedios que había, primero nos miran con mala cara, siendo los mayores bordes que nos hemos cruzado y altivos. Preguntamos si el lápiz al ser electrónico se podría cambiar en caso de venir defectuoso, y la respuesta es que no, que si se abre ya no se cambia ni nada. Básicamente que si viene mal nos aguantamos y nos lo quedamos y compremos otro. En ese momento hemos decidido no cogerlo y que nos hicieran la devolución por el método de pago realizado, en este caso, con tarjeta. Además de lo anterior no sabían ni como hacer una devolución con el datafono, hasta hemos tenido que decirles que era el número de operación. No volveremos nunca más, y espero que sirva para que otra gente no vaya y tenga que aguantar sobretodo LAS MALAS FORMAS POR PARTE DE LA FARMACIA HACIA A UNOS CLIENTES RESPETUOSO.
