Recent Reviews
Danke.
Rápidos y muy agradables
Atención inmejorable. Muy atentos y profesionales.

About This Practice
Clínica 180 Grados is a specialized medical-wellness facility dedicated to physiotherapy and osteopathy in Ibiza. The name "180 Grados" (180 Degrees) reflects their philosophy of helping patients turn their health around through comprehensive, evidence-based care. They specialize in musculoskeletal health, catering to a diverse demographic that includes local residents, the international expat community, and tourists who require urgent care for injuries sustained during their stay. Their approach is highly clinical yet patient-centered, ensuring that every visitor receives a thorough assessment before treatment begins.
Facility & Team
The clinic is a modern, clean, and minimalist space designed to provide a calming environment for recovery. It is equipped with cutting-edge technology, most notably the Indiba Activ system, which is widely used in professional sports for rapid injury recovery. The team is led by highly qualified professionals, including Borja Galán, who is recognized for his expertise in manual therapy and sports rehab. The staff is proficient in Spanish and English, ensuring that international patients can communicate their symptoms and understand their diagnosis clearly.
What to Expect During Your Visit
Upon arrival, patients undergo an initial consultation where the therapist reviews their medical history and current symptoms. The treatment approach is hands-on, often combining manual osteopathic techniques with technology-assisted therapy. Unlike many clinics that rely solely on machines, 180 Grados emphasizes the importance of manual manipulation and therapeutic exercise. Appointments are typically 50 to 60 minutes long, and wait times are minimal due to their efficient scheduling system.
Location & Accessibility
Situated on Carrer de Menorca in Ibiza Town, the clinic is perfectly positioned for those staying in Eivissa, Talamanca, or Figueretes. It is located on the ground floor, providing easy access for patients with limited mobility or those using wheelchairs. While street parking in central Ibiza can be challenging during peak season, there are public parking lots within a 5-10 minute walk. The clinic is also well-served by local taxi services and is near major bus routes.
Why Tourists Choose Them
Tourists often seek out Clínica 180 Grados for their reliability and ease of access. The ability to book an appointment online via their Setmore portal is a significant advantage for travelers who may not have a local SIM card or prefer not to make international calls. Their reputation for handling acute injuries—such as "traveler's back" from long flights or injuries from Ibiza's many outdoor activities—makes them a top choice for the island's visiting population.
Booking & Practical Info
Appointments can be booked via their website, phone, or WhatsApp. While they primarily operate on an appointment-only basis, they strive to accommodate urgent cases when possible. Payment is typically handled at the time of service via cash or credit card.
