What Customers Say
With a strong 4.6-star rating from over 6,300 reviews, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive. Real customers frequently praise the 'Synchronicity' massage, noting the unique sensation of the music vibrations through the table. The hydrotherapy circuit is a major highlight, with many guests describing it as 'the best thermal circuit in Ibiza' and 'spotlessly clean.' Common praise is directed at the professional and attentive staff, with specific mentions of therapists being 'highly skilled' and 'intuitive.' A few complaints center on the premium pricing, which some find high compared to local mainland spas, and occasional crowding in the outdoor pool area during peak summer months. Most reviewers agree that the atmosphere is 'luxurious yet rock-and-roll,' making it a top choice for those seeking a modern wellness experience.

Hard rock Ibiza to hotel do którego z moją rodzina przyjeżdżałam 5 razy. Pyszne śniadania, restauracja na plaży naprawdę godna polecenia z super obsługa. Restauracja Tatel jedna z moich ulubionych ! Świetne spędzony czas, codziennie inna atrakcja w restauracji - muzyka na żywo w różnych klimatach. Polecam rybę w soli! Hotel godny polecenia chociaż wymaga już remontu. Z obsługi śniadaniowej pozdrawiamy Panią Anię 😍
Best Hotel at Playa den Bossa
The room wasn’t very big, but that’s fine — it wasn’t bad overall. However, the amount of dust was a total disaster. When we arrived, there were long black hairs on the bed, clearly from someone who had made it, and that’s just not acceptable, especially on white sheets. There was dust everywhere, really everywhere — something I’ve never experienced in a hotel of this level. The staff and valet parking were friendly and well-organized, but the cleanliness completely ruined the impression.

While standard travel insurance does not cover spa treatments, if a guest is using the spa for prescribed physiotherapy, they should pay upfront and seek reimbursement from their private provider, though this is rare for hotel spas.
