What Customers Say
With a stellar 4.7-star rating from over 1,100 reviews, the sentiment is overwhelmingly positive. Guests frequently praise the 'Open Aqua' circuit as the best hydrotherapy experience on the island. Specific highlights include the 'exceptional professionalism' of the therapists and the 'spotless cleanliness' of the facilities. Many reviews mention the 'serene atmosphere' that provides an escape from Ibiza's party scene. Common praise is directed toward the quality of the Anne Semonin facials and the attentive poolside service. A few minor complaints center on the high price point and the fact that the spa can get busy during peak season (July/August), leading to limited availability for non-hotel guests. Overall, it is regarded as a top-tier luxury wellness destination.
Recent Reviews
Took me awhile to post this but this place is an incredible scam. Booked a room for my family of 4, and when we checked in they only had us as 3 people. It was late at night with two young kids, and they were ready to turn us away unless I booked a second room for another $2K for that night. The only option after that was to book a $6K/night suite if we wanted to be together. Given the hour we didn’t have much of a choice so we booked the separate room for the night, Inlooked elsewhere for rooms but it was august and there wasn’t anything available (clearly something they knew). The rooms were huge, and much bigger than the rooms we usually stay in as a family of 4. 2 queen beds. It’s quite possible i screwed up when booking, but you’d think they would let it slide. Ended up paying about 15K more for the week than we were supposed to. They could have every easily cut us a break, but they didn’t and will never even consider staying here again. Here much better things about Nobu Hotel.
A well deserved 5 star! Had a lovely couple of nights at the Gran. Exceptional service the breakfast was fantastic and great atmosphere. Right on the marina too! Lovely to chill at the pool where again the service was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back next year.
We stayed 5 nights. Located directly across the street from pacha. However the noise from doesn’t pour in at all. The buffet breakfast options were endless with omelettes and crepes made to order. Super foods as well, to accommodate every diet. The zuma restaurant downstairs is also worth checking out. The drivers were very friendly downstairs. Only con is that layout of the hotel. We stayed in 302 and it was a little bit of a walk from the elevators.
