Die Massage war einfach unglaublich, ich habe mich selten so gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Mit jeder Minute konnte ich spüren, wie die Anspannung nachließ. Danach fühlte ich mich wie ein neuer Mensch – erleichtert, entspannt und voller Energie. Wirklich ein kleines Wunder, das mir enorm geholfen hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!
I fortunately found Cristina following an internet search about 6 months ago. I was planning a hen day for my daughter in law who wanted a quiet, pampering day. I asked Cristina if she could do an early morning yoga session to start our day. Cristina kept in touch with me and basically offered me everything I asked of her. I didn't want a studio, but a fresh air session and that's what I got. I lovely beach front setting at 8am. Cristina was immediately in t une with her audience! She must have know we'd all done yoga befor and paced her session with us absolutely perfectly. She way very descriptive in her teaching where we all took away somethnig new. So very highly recommended. Thank you Cristina, we all thoroughly enjoyed our 60/70 minutes with you.
