What Customers Say
With over 10,000 reviews and a 4.6-star rating (largely inherited from its tenure as Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza), the sentiment is overwhelmingly positive. Customers frequently praise the 'impeccable cleanliness' and the 'high-energy yet professional' atmosphere. Specific mentions are often made of the 'Rock Spa thermal circuit' as a highlight for recovery. Common praise includes the 'attentive and friendly staff' and the 'high-quality massage therapists' who are noted for their technical skill. Some complaints center on the 'premium pricing' typical of Ibiza's luxury sector and the 'loud music' in common areas which may not suit those seeking a silent retreat. Overall, it is regarded as a top-tier destination for wellness-focused tourists who enjoy a modern, upbeat environment.

Excelente evento, um espetáculo, muito foda. Ainda mais que foi o Calvin Harris. Bizú é comprar antecipado, comprei no dia anterior e foi 60 Euros(AGO2019). Venham para Ibiza pelo menos um vez na vida.

Great hospitalization with amazing room!unforgettable memory!
We spent 6 nights at this hotel at a cost of €5545 in the Anything Can Happen Suite with Stage View. Here is a summary of our experience.||- Before the holiday we received a scam email claiming the booking would be cancelled unless we clicked a link to a pretty convincing scam site requesting a deposit payment. It appears Palldium Group suffered a data breach which they emailed us about a few days later. It is fortunate that I did not fall for this scam. Bear this in mind when trusting this hotel and company.|- The free airport transfer was great and the staff member very friendly and helpful, although it took four emails to arrange.|- The gym is well equipped and my partner was able to complete three complete CrossFit workouts.|- The pool area was always completely full apart from the poolside beds which are charged extra. Given the price paid we did not expect to have to pay hundreds of Euros just to lay by the pool.|- The beach area was the same - all the free beds were full and half the beds were €1000 minimum additional spend on drinks/food! There was a waiting list for the free beds which we did eventually get one after an hour wait on average.|- There was only one member of staff taking drinks orders on the beach in the free bed areas, but plenty in the 'paid' areas doing nothing. The one staff member in the free area disappeared for long periods and it was not permitted to order at the desk or bar, and despite complaining three times it took an hour to be served. When we were finally served, he added a 15% tip without asking, which we only discovered on check out.|_ The room itself was filled with optional extras which once opened would be charged, with no pricing easily visible. For example bottles of Vodka, and various accessories placed strategically around the room.|- The door on the room toilet didn't shut properly, had no lock or latch and your partner can hear everything.|- The balcony hot tub was just a bath and not a very comfortable one to lay in. The glass screen was very dirty and obstructed the view.|- The view from the balcony was great showing the stage as well as the beach and sea. However you can get almost the same view of the stage from the rooftop bar which is free for guests to access, so overall there is no reason to pay the much higher bill for the stage view room as you the view is very similar and you can't watch the show from the hot tub due to the very dirty screen.|- The room service was the best part about the hotel, decent food, delivered quickly with friendly staff.|- On check out we were charged for a food item we never took from the minibar. The hotel completely ignored my email complaining about this.||Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again as it offers very poor value for money and the service is lacking for the price.
