TRS Ibiza Hotel

Sono a segnalare un episodio molto spiacevole che ho vissuto in prima persona: sono stato aggredito fisicamente da uno dei dipendenti dell’hotel ed ho riportato una ferita alla testa con punti di sutura. Questo è secondario infatti, dopo quanto accaduto, nessuno della sicurezza è intervenuto per aiutarmi e non ho avuto nessun supporto dalle risorse umane ne dalla direzione che per non sporcare il nome dell’hotel mi hanno costretto ad allontanarmi dall’hotel senza neanche uno straccio di scusa o di risarcimento. Sono falsi, pensano solo al business e non alla sicurezza degli ospiti. State alla larga da questa gente.

Great hotel! We stayed here after our Ibiza wedding once our guests had left the island, and it was exactly what we needed before heading home. We were completely spoilt throughout our stay — we arrived to balloons, rose petals and a bottle of champagne, and the next day received heart-shaped desserts in the room. Such a lovely touch from the butler team and it made everything feel even more special. We booked the Panoramic Suite, with views of the sea from every room — absolutely beautiful. One tip: ask for a higher floor. We were on the 3rd floor and, because of the amount of glass, it did feel a little exposed when the curtains were open. The all-inclusive food was amazing — far better than many all-inclusive hotels we’ve stayed in. We also tried both of the bookable restaurants during our stay and the food was delicious (and all included), so I’d highly recommend booking them. Even the pool bar food was great! The rooftop bar is stunning and watching the sunset from there felt magical — we spent most evenings up there as there was usually live music or a DJ. It’s also very close to the Sunset Strip if you want to venture out. The reason I gave four stars instead of five was the sunbed situation. We stayed in June, and even then there simply weren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests. I have been visiting Ibiza for 12 years, and have never had to wake up early to reserve a sunbed. However here, towels were being put out very early in the morning, so if you arrived at the pool around 9–10am, you’d struggle to find somewhere to sit. At one point, we even went for lunch and came back to find another family had taken our beds and moved our things aside. Apart from the sunbed issues, we genuinely had a beautiful stay — but the lack of available sunbeds has unfortunately put us off returning.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Liegt direkt am Meer. Sehr schöner Blick von der Dachterrasse mit Pool. Besonders zum Sonnenuntergang. Essen war für Buffet, sehr gut. Es gibt auch noch 2 andere Restaurants mit Karte, die. Teil im All In mit drin sind. Für jeden was dabei. Zum kleinen Strand Nur ein paar Treppen runter. Die Pools am Hotel waren sehr weiträumig verteilt. Ausschließlich für Erwachsene. Aber trotzdem sehr nettes Ambiente mit Livemusik (DJ). Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe (60 Pers.) da und alles hat super geklappt.

Während meines Aufenthalts wurde mir mehr berechnet, als auf der Rechnung angegeben war. Trotz mehrerer Kontaktversuche habe ich bisher keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
