    Fatal... Una pérdida de tiempo, falta de interés por parte de todos Hace varios meses concerté una cita para mi hijo de 2 años, todo muy bien en la primera cita Luego tenía control nunca me llamaron ni contestaron mi llamada Después de tanto insistir me dieron una cita Era pra la semana anterior la cancelaron por la alerta naranja de lluvias y todo, normal no es culpa de ellos Pero hoy teníamos una cita a las 3 confirmada por correo electrónico he llegado 15 minutos antes no abren la puerta no cogen ninguno de los 2 teléfonos y esperando hasta la hora y mucho más pues jamás llegaron ni me respondieron ahí me quedé esperando con un niño de 2 años! Falta de empatía, seriedad y cumplimiento

    He ido a consultar por una limpieza bucodental y la chica que lo realizaba no estaba y no me podían dar cita ni información de precios. Llamé 3 días distintos y nunca atendieron una llamada.

    ¡NO RECOMENDADO! La experiencia lamentablemente no ha sido buena, teniendo la cita reservada desde la semana pasada para las 17:30h me llaman el mismo día de la cita para decirme que me la cambian para media hora más tarde y acepto sin problema. Al llegar a la clínica a la hora de la cita, no nos atienden hasta pasada 1 hora. Después de hacerle una revisión a mi hija de menos de 5 minutos nos dice que es muy tarde y que no le pueden hacer nada y que ya nos pasan el presupuesto para citarnos otro día. Lo que han hecho ha sido solo decirnos que le quitemos el chupete y que tiene alguna caries cosa que somos conscientes porque para eso la llevamos, nos han cobrado 25€. Entiendo que si se esmeran en la revisión le hacen una radiografía eñes un servicio ofrecido y que hay que pagarlo pero la verdad es que nos hemos sentido estafados y pensamos que no nos han brindado la suficiente información: cambio de cita, 1h de espera para ser atendidos, poca información previa y revisión mínima para luego cobrar.

    Desastroso y un atraco. después de esperar 2 horas cuando teníamos cita con una niña pequeña alas 5:30 nos dicen que es muy tarde alas 7pm para solucionar una molestia de caries cuando no es nuestra culpa que tardaran, encima cobraron algo que no hicieron. Una estafa si saben que no podrán hacer un trabajo me avisas y me marcho no pierdo mi dinero.tardaron 2 minutos 25e solo por entrar.FATAL NUNCA MÁS
