Real customers frequently highlight the 'cleanliness of the facility' and the 'transparency' regarding costs and treatment plans. A common theme in the reviews is the staff's ability to remain calm and efficient during emergencies. Some specific mentions include praise for Dr. Javier's surgical skills and the kindness of the nursing staff.
