What Customers Say
With a strong 4.5-star rating from over 300 reviews, the sentiment is overwhelmingly positive. Real customers frequently highlight the 'human touch' of the staff, specifically mentioning Dr. Toni for his professionalism and kindness. Many tourists and expats have noted that the clinic did not overcharge them despite their 'visitor' status, which is a common concern in Ibiza. Specific praise is often directed at their efficiency in handling emergency walk-ins and their thoroughness in explaining treatments. A few minor complaints mention the difficulty of finding street parking during the peak summer months, but most agree that the quality of care outweighs the parking challenges. Overall, the clinic is described as 'trustworthy,' 'clean,' and 'deeply caring.'
Recent Reviews
They actually really care.saved our dog when she got Parvo and then again years later qhen she got Menigitus
