Many reviewers highlight that the staff takes the time to explain diagnoses clearly, which is a major plus for anxious pet owners. Specific mentions include 'excellent surgical outcomes' and 'fair pricing' compared to other clinics on the island. A common theme is the 'affectionate treatment' pets receive, with several locals stating they have trusted this clinic for over a decade. Some minor complaints mention that the clinic can get very busy during the morning hours, leading to slight delays even with an appointment, and a few users noted that phone communication can be difficult during peak times.

Sheilys
