What Customers Say
With a strong 4.4-star rating from 122 reviews, the sentiment is overwhelmingly positive. Customers frequently praise Dr. Francisco for his 'professionalism' and 'genuine love for animals.' Many reviewers highlight that the staff takes the time to explain diagnoses clearly, which is a major plus for anxious pet owners. Specific mentions include 'excellent surgical outcomes' and 'fair pricing' compared to other clinics on the island. A common theme is the 'affectionate treatment' pets receive, with several locals stating they have trusted this clinic for over a decade. Some minor complaints mention that the clinic can get very busy during the morning hours, leading to slight delays even with an appointment, and a few users noted that phone communication can be difficult during peak times.

Sheilys
