    Fui para que atendieran por urgencias a mi gata y obtuve un NO como respuesta. No me agrado ya que habia llamado con antelación explicando que la clinica donde ella se atiende estaba cerrada y se me habian quedado sus doc en casa para saber si me la podian atender asi. La señora me dijo que debia de traerla documentación. Por ende, fui a casa y cuando llego, la misma persona me dice que NO porque la gata no era cliente del lugar y tenian muchas personas. Solo habian 2 perros y 1 gato. En serio, no me pudo decir eso cuando llame al teléfono. Mal

    Mi experiencia como cliente que va a comprar no fue buena, no opino como clinica veterinaria. Fuimos a comprar para desparasitar a mi perra ademas de pienso, y nos dice que si no esta registrada no nos vende nada. Verdad es que eran las 14:53 y cierran a las 15:00 pero me pareció muy mala su atención. Siempre trabajamos con la clínica veterinaria de San Rafael donde Juan es un veterinario espectacular tanto en tienda como en clínica pero esta vez por proximidad decidimos ir a Santa gertrudis, en fin como dice el refrán . "De donde no hay, no se puede sacar" 😉
