What Customers Say
With a 4.8-star rating from 535 reviews, the sentiment is overwhelmingly positive. Real customers frequently highlight the 'exceptional empathy' and 'professionalism' of the staff. Many tourists and expats mention that the vets take the time to explain complex diagnoses in English, which reduces stress during emergencies. Specific praise is often directed at their surgical outcomes and the cleanliness of the facility. A common theme is 'honesty'—reviewers feel they are not overcharged for unnecessary tests. Some users noted that while they can be busy, the quality of care justifies the wait. There are no significant recurring complaints, though some mention that street parking in the Via Romana area can be challenging during peak season.
Recent Reviews
We were tourists in summer 2025 when we found a weak, dying kitten at our hotel. We arrived on Sunday at midnight and were warmly welcomed. The veterinarian gave us little hope, but still did everything possible. We were even allowed to visit him again the next evening — after 8 p.m.! The staff were always incredibly kind and helpful. After several days in the clinic, he was discharged and recovered for several weeks with a foster family before finally coming to us. Thank you again so much for your dedication and compassion!
