    Nada más llegué a la isla lo elegí para que llevaran a mi perro, he de decir que el trato recibido tanto por teléfono cuando he necesitado cualquier consulta, cómo cuando hemos acudido ha sido perfecto y muy cordial. Yo si la recomiendo.

    NO RECOMIENDO ESTA CLÍNICA Experiencia nefasta, nos robaron!!! Nuestra experiencia fue totalmente decepcionante. Nos cobraron 250 € por una consulta con un especialista externo sin avisar previamente del precio, algo que por ley deberían haber comunicado, especialmente tratándose de una tarifa muy superior a la habitual. El perro, que ya ha pasado por varias operaciones y necesita rehabilitación, fue llevado allí porque nos lo recomendaron nuestra fisio para que lo viera “un amigo suyo”. Con todo el dinero que ya llevamos gastado y viniendo recomendados, jamás imaginamos que una primera visita pudiera costar semejante cantidad. No avisar de esto nos parece totalmente poco profesional. El perro salió exactamente igual que entró: no aportaron información nueva, nada que no supiéramos ya. Además, el trato recibido fue desagradable y prepotente cuando expresamos nuestra inconformidad. Aquí no les importa la salud de tu mascota, solo el dinero. Por todo ello, no recomiendo este establecimiento a nadie.

    LO PEOR! Nefasto el trato recibido por parte de la clínica. No hay un mínimo de profesionalidad y no actúan con transparencia desde el primer momento. No les importa tu mascota, solo quieren sacarte el dinero. No recomiendo venir aquí en ningún caso.

    En Vila Veterinaris la calidad humana es excepcional. Se nota desde el primer momento que el bienestar de los animales es su prioridad absoluta. Como profesionales son un 10: cercanos, atentos y extremadamente competentes. Además, cuentan con especialistas de un nivel altísimo, lo que da muchísima tranquilidad cuando tu mascota necesita cuidados más específicos. Sin duda, un equipo de confianza al que siempre volveré. ¡Totalmente recomendables!

    UNA AUTÉNTICA ESTAFA!! Cuento mi historia para que no le pase a nadie más. He venido a esta clínica ya que mi perro sufrió un atropello hace dos meses y en la clínica donde fue operado me recomendaron que hiciera rehabilitación. La fisioterapeuta que iba a comenzar con dicha recuperación quería que antes de empezar con el tratamiento lo viera este compañero suyo que es traumatólogo. Mi asombro llega cuando despues de la visita y dos radiografías que le han hecho (que yo ya tenía) me dice que el importe a abonar son 250 euros. 140 de consulta del traumatólogo y 110 de las radiografías. En ningún momento me indicaron que la visita con esa persona era 3 veces más cara que una visita normal. Las dueñas muy mal educadas con una actitud de prepotencia diciéndome que "es lo que hay". Me siento estafado como cliente tanto por parte de la fisioterapeuta, como por parte de la clínica Vila Veterinaris. Creedme que no les importa vuestra mascota, solo les importa tu dinero. Espero que esto ayude a mucha gente a no venir a esta clínica! En contestación a la dueña del local: En ningún momento he comentado que pensaba que la consulta era gratuita, parece que no sabe leer. He dicho que la consulta con el traumatólogo son 140 euros cuando una visita normal son 45 euros. Ustedes deberían haber avisado de que era un especialista que viene de fuera y su tarifa es muy superior a la vuestra, cosa que no habéis hecho porque no tenéis transparencia ni os importa los animales. Solo el dinero. Tenéis la obligación de avisar al cliente del precio de la consulta antes de pasar con él y más si la tarifa de cada uno es diferente.
