Glow was the retreat I didn’t know I needed…it encouraged far more stillness and introspection than other retreats I’ve been on, which felt uncomfortable at first. But the beautiful setting and yoga practices, the phenomenal healthy food, the free flowing chats with amazing women, and the loving and nurturing presence of Susie and Sarah, soon enveloped me and gave me the insight and courage I needed to make a major life decision. I joined the retreat ground-down and in need of escape, and left with power and energy, ready to embrace life afresh. Thank you, Glow!

This retrait is amazing. Sarah and Suzy are two angels with their feed still on the ground. They are really inspiring and help you to get what you need. Also the other glow staffmembers are very warm and kind and make the total experience unforgettable

This was my first time travelling on my own, but at 64 and feeling lost in my life, I knew I had to make the trip for healing and re-set. I’ve done one other retreat but this one with ‘Glow’ was just WOW!!! Susie and Sarah are angels. The attention to detail and the care given by the team for the whole 5 days was beyond amazing, better than any 5 star hotels . The Villa was so beautiful and tranquil. If I could give Glow more than 5 stars I definitely would. Take that trip with Glow, you won’t regret a single second, I’m now feeling more positive and fully restored in mind body and soul.
